For less than the cost of ticket admission, popcorn and the works; one can find the same entertainment in going to a theatrical performance. Whether the performance is on campus or in the city, theatre programs are serious about their work and glorifying the art within young culture.

For many, coffee is very much a visceral experience. It is a necessary part of the day. People need their little pick-me-up before they can function normally. For others, it is more of a comfort thing. A coffee shop, for them, is somewhere safe; a warm and comforting place that they can go to escape the harsh realities of college life.

Thus far, videogame developer Harmonix has kept up its end of the bargain by giving fans of its masterpiece "Rock Band" a consistent release schedule of new songs each week since the game's launch. But it has come to The Leader's attention that there isn't enough variation in this downloadable content.

As daunting a task it must be for Harmonix to pick a lineup of songs that grab the attention of a great number of players and make sure that those songs are fun the first, tenth, and hundredth time, it must still be one of the best jobs on the planet (next to being an ice cream taste tester).

Don't let the normally pleasant image of a snow angel fool you. The shapes this film imprints on the heart are somber ones. From the eerie beginning at a high school marching band practice interrupted by two distant gun shots, all the way to its disturbing and inevitable end, "Snow Angels" does not shy from the darker parts of our nature.
